Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the package. These rates include the cost of the shipping label, labor, and materials. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. All packages are delivered with discreet boxes to avoid theft or malice damaging.

All of our products that contain hemp-derived CBD are federally compliant and ship nationwide unless the product is regulated at the state level. Visit each product page for any shipping restrictions by state.

All of our products that contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC are federally compliant and ship nationwide unless the product is regulated at the state level.
We do NOT ship Delta-9 THC products to the following states: California (inhables), Idaho, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Virginia.
We do NOT ship Delta-9 THC products to Minnesota that contain more than 5 mg of Delta-9 THC per serving.
We do NOT ship Delta-9 THC products to Louisiana that contain more than 8 mg of Delta-9 THC per serving.

All of our products that contain hemp-derived Delta-8 THC are federally compliant and ship nationwide unless the product is regulated at the state level.
